Suyu ve tuzu ekleyip, etler ve nohutlar lokum gibi yumu\u015fayana kadar pi\u015fmeye b\u0131rak\u0131n. Haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z k\u00f6p\u00fck hamurundan ceviz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir par\u00e7a kopar\u0131p tezgahta ileri geri yaparak ince uzun ince \u015feritler (fitiller) olu\u015fturun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu \u015feritlerden nohuttan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alar kopar\u0131n ve avucunuzun i\u00e7inde h\u0131zl\u0131ca yuvarlayarak <strong>minik toplar<\/strong> elde edin.
